Our primary goal is to provide qualifying students with free state-of-the-art services designed to assist them in successfully completing high school, entering college, college graduation, the workplace, and beyond. We utilize our personalized blueprints to help students overcome all the barriers preventing their success. We want to see students in our communities succeed, and having the right people to help you can make all the difference. The L.E.A.R.N. Foundation is veteran owned and operated, so we have a unique perspective that is invaluable to you - first-hand experience.  We believe that every student, regardless of their circumstances, should have the same opportunity to positively impact their community.  

The L.E.A.R.N. Foundation's Upward Bound Math Science Program is designed to strengthen participating students' math and science skills. It will give them the tools necessary to feel supported in their academic journey. We provide a blend of individualized instruction and success coaching. Additionally, the UBMS Program helps students recognize and develop their potential to excel in math and science. It encourages them to pursue postsecondary degrees in math and science and, ultimately, careers in STEAM.
