L.E.A.R.N. Prep is tailored to meet the individual needs, strengths, and interests of each student. We achieve this through project-based learning, individualized lesson plans, and allowing a student to advance at a flexible pace. We maintain a 10 student maximum cohort size to provide more individualized attention and foster strong relationships between students and leaders in and associated with L.E.A.R.N. Prep Academy to and beyond graduation at their senior year.  Students are engaged in the community through service projects, enrichment trips, partnerships with local organizations, and more. In addition to academics, the social, emotional, and physical well-being of students is a core part of L.E.A.R.N. Prep Academy. We implement innovative and diverse teaching methods, such as experimental learning, Socratic questioning, and technology integration. L.E.A.R.N. Prep students begin developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prepare them for our rapidly changing world as early as kindergarten and mastered by senior graduation. L.E.A.R.N. Prep Academy is an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity, ensuring all students feel wanted, valued, and supported. Student’s will achieve this through mastering a minimum of two languages outside of their native language by their senior year graduation, learning about each other’s cultures and religions through enrichment trips, and more. L.E.A.R.N. Prep Academy instills leadership goals that are essential in their personal growth and team success. This is accomplished through mentoring, building strong connections, improved communication skills, developed emotional intelligence, encouraged innovation, utilization of SMART Goals, enhancing decision-making skills, and promotion of school-life balance.
