Dr. Lemelle is an educator with more than 15 years of experience. He is the executive director of 5 Upward Bound Grant Programs. Additionally, he has co-authored a textbook on college experience for men and is an award-winning Air force recruiter. He is a faculty member and success coach.
Dr. Hershey is a professor and administrator with more than 25 years of experience, including 12 years as Academic Dean. He developed a long-running initiative for male student college success. He is a frequent consultant on retention and completion issues.​
Evan Snelling is an educator with more than 10 years of experience. He is the director of an award-winning male student college success and leadership development initiative and well-known motivational speaker. ​
